Fully Forming Privacy Policy

Fully Forming: Practice Your Relationship with God is a devotional app created by Nick Acker. Your privacy is important, and Fully Forming is designed to collect as little information about you as possible.

Information We Collect

Fully Forming does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information about its users.

The app does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, location, contacts, or other personal information.

Fully Forming does not currently use advertising, analytics, tracking technologies, or third-party analytics services.

Information Stored on Your Device

Fully Forming may store limited information locally on your device in order for the app to function, including:

  • Your most recently viewed devotional day and section.
  • Your chosen Morning, Midday, and Evening reminder settings.
  • The times you select for those reminders.

This information is used only to provide app functionality and is not transmitted by Fully Forming to the developer.

Depending on your Android device and backup settings, locally stored app information may be included in backups provided by your device or operating-system provider. Those backups are governed by the privacy practices of the applicable provider.

Notifications and Reminders

Fully Forming allows you to optionally schedule Morning, Midday, and Evening devotional reminders.

If you choose to use reminders, the app may request Android permissions needed to display notifications and schedule reminders at the times you select.

These permissions are used only for the reminder features of Fully Forming.

You may disable reminders or notification permissions through the app or your Android device settings.

BibleGateway Links

Scripture references within Fully Forming may link to passages on BibleGateway.com.

When you choose one of these links, you leave the Fully Forming app and open a third-party website. BibleGateway's collection and use of information is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.

Fully Forming does not receive information about your activity on BibleGateway.

Support Fully Forming

Fully Forming may include an optional link allowing users to financially support the project through Stripe.

Supporting Fully Forming is voluntary and does not unlock additional app content, features, or benefits.

If you choose to follow the support link, you leave the Fully Forming app and interact directly with Stripe. Any payment or personal information you provide to Stripe is processed according to Stripe's own privacy policy and terms.

Fully Forming does not receive or store your payment-card information.

Children's Privacy

Fully Forming does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Because the app does not require an account and does not collect personal information, it does not intentionally maintain personal information about children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated if Fully Forming's features or data practices change.

Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
